srd9 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" means srd9's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" means any person who accesses the platform, whether or not they have completed registration.
• "Account" means a user's personal registered profile on srd9.
• "Services" means casino games, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, and all other activities available through the platform.
• "Bonus" means a promotional benefit granted by srd9 subject to specific conditions.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

By accessing the platform, a user is considered to have accepted these Terms. Clicking the "Agree" button during registration or continuing to use the account will be treated as evidence of that acceptance. srd9 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change means the revised Terms have been accepted.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on srd9 and use any of its services, a user must be 21 years of age or older 21+. No person under this age may use the platform. srd9 may request an ID or relevant documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any associated balance or bonuses may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device will be subject to investigation.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed. If any information changes, the user is required to update it in a timely manner.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. If unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, srd9 must be informed immediately. srd9 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from use of the account by a third party.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on srd9 is ৳200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. The mobile banking account used for withdrawal must match the account used for the deposit.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification. srd9 may request additional documents or information to confirm the validity of any transaction. If suspicious activity or a breach of rules is found, a withdrawal may be put on hold or cancelled.

3.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on srd9 are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; to withdraw, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer will have its own wagering and validity conditions.
• A bonus applies only once, to one account — if the same person opens multiple accounts to claim a bonus, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
• There may be restrictions on using bonuses in certain games.
• srd9 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Programme

The srd9 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver members receive up to 0.5%; and Gold members receive up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). The criteria for moving between tiers are set by srd9 and may change at any time.

5.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games on srd9 are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) rate, which can be viewed before starting the game. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased.

5.2 Sports Betting

Once a sports bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. srd9 reserves the right to cancel or amend any bet due to odds errors or technical issues. If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Playing using bots, automated software, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits is prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting any fault or vulnerability in the gaming system is prohibited.
• Colluding with other users is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, srd9 will decide whether to resume the game or provide compensation. srd9 is not responsible for issues caused by the user's internet connection or device.

6.1 Self-Control Tools

Users on srd9 can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. If needed, a request can be made to temporarily suspend an account for a set period. A self-exclusion option is available for those who need a longer break.

8.1 Suspension by srd9

srd9 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• A provision of these Terms is breached.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is found.
• Registration was completed using incorrect or misleading information.
• The account is used by someone who is underage.
• A court order or instruction from a government authority requires it.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

A user may request account closure at any time. Before closure, it must be confirmed that there are no pending bets or transactions. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned through the proper process.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between srd9 and the user and replace all previous oral or written understandings.
